That is part of the problem, the valuation that some people place on the club is based on what you are perceived t be able to afford, not it's worth.
Anyway, if you or I won euro millions I doubt FC would even be on the radar, 'd be after buying a big club like Leigh!

millward was a great coach at leigh, and the first couple of seasons at saints, until he tried to become bigger than the game!

thats largely why I'm in favour of sticking with Agar for the time being, because the alternative (Sharp) isn't going to be any better, and could even be worse

Millward has enough baggage to fill heathrow airport though, can't say I've ever heard anyone say a good word about him
and lets not forget he did nothing with Wigan (who are/were in a similar state to ourselves, full of average players and in need or rebuilding)
