You're speaking of Half-backs in the old sense with a creative 7 and a supporting 6.

We don't operate like this and haven't got the players to do that this season. Best thing we can do is get the best out of what we have got.

Because we're playing with Radford as a running Loose Forward we have no Loose Forward ball handling wide out resulting in slow one man rugby as we've seen.

As I put earlier we need Horne and Thorman operating wider. In order to do that we need someone operating in the middle making sure the ball is shifted out.

Lee's decision making is nowhere near good enough for this role. He cannot control a game and invariably takes wrong options under pressure.

We do have to get the best out of what we've got, which means the forwards have to up their performance and lay a platform for the recognised halfbacks in the squad to be able to play.

Serious though, what can Agar do if the clubs got the problems your suggesting, ??

Radford should be nowhere near the 13 role in any capacity. Choices like that really epitomise what is wrong with the side IMO.

And as for 'running role'... He was never quick. Now he barely gets above 'trundle'.
