Too right, I always thought wingers were supposed to play on the wing and expect a little bit of service from their centres or halves, we have when fit two of the fastest and elusive wingers in the game yet they don't get any early ball to exploit their pace, they both come in and do their bit when needed, they give the forwards a bit of a hand and defensively they both chase down kick s really well, they make the odd error when tackling and as for the high ball it's one of the hardest things to defend against when the attacking team are coming at pace and you have to jump from a stationary position, imo I wouldn't swap them two for another wing pair in SL.

none yet...back end of last season, when we know we'd signed him, he was playing really well. I was very keen to see what he could do for us. But not impressed so far. He seems out of the team to me. Doesn't gel. First game against Wigan, he looked like he was ready to come off after 5 minutes. Not impressed yet...but I'm hoping he'll shine through sooner rather than later.

As I've said already it's one of the hardest things to defend against, name me a winger in SL who looks 100 % great under a high ball when defending, his strength is his pace and as has happened over the last 15 years when we have wingers with pace ( apart from Besty) they never have had the service, until we can play some decent expansive rugby you won't see the best of him.

Also his kick chase and defensively he has made some really key plays too.
Sums it up for me. He's keen but never getting the service on the wing means he's had to start looking outside the box - and inside the field - pretty much as Raynor does really.
Would love to see what he'd be like (and Raynor) receiving from the likes of Gidley and wonder what our assessments would be then.
Briscoe in the centre mix with Whiting, Horne and Yeamo? And Hall when Motu's back?

I heard a rumour that this would not happen, as Agar is concerned that they'll run into each other. Can anyone shed any light on this?
You've stolen my washing From out my back garden You've tarmacked my driveway Even though I said no You've nicked my lead flashing And weighed it in at the scrappy Oh St Helen's tatters Come rob me again

would only happen if we played with 2 balls. They will be a perfect foil!
