Feel sorry for the likes of Calderwood (Sing and Blacklock) who have not had the pleasure of playing outside a good centre, Calderwood has lots of pace so I couldn't understand it when Young Horney kept trying to beat the man all the time.
I agree. There were at least 2 occassions when Calderwood was open and would have got in, but was ignored.

If thats true he should have walked it as he only passes when tackled, normally.
I'm not having a dig, just an observation

I agree completely.
I guess it must be harder to do that it looks

At one point i did will Bosc on to score knowing he was in my dream team. Mogg is too so fairly happy!

Sharp has instilled in them the roots of our club and what the shirt means. Those training sessions at the boulevard have let the players really know what the club is about and it reflects in the pride shown across the team.

Last night was the first that I have attended so far this season and I have to say that I was impressed. Pre-season, I was as pessimistic as anyone about our squad (and IMO rightly so) but it was very obvious last night that RA/JS/BC have instilled some real belief and confidence into the squad.
Our defense was fantastic, we look far stronger and fitter than ever, our attack also looked very promising even though we do currently lack some real penetration.
Thorman does exactly what he was brought in to do and he does it very well and the confidence and spirit is there for all to see.
When the two "big lads" get here and, dare I say it, if Crocker were to arrive, we would all be entitled to feel very positive about this season. the signs are quite clear that RA/JS are looking to bring in exactly the sort of players that we all want to see.
A couple of small in and outs for next season (hopefully resulting in us getting a right centre and maybe top class halfback) and I think that we would be right up there with the big boys.
The future's bright, the future's black and white !!!
THANK YOU Mr. PEARSON, FOR RIDDING US OF FCKWIT FUBAR, CEO TOOL AND THE STINKING UNCLE KATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHY DON'T THE DOBBINS PLAY IN GREEN SHIRT, GREEN SHORTS AND GREEN SOCKS IN ORDER TO EXPRESS THEIR INFINITE ENVY OF EVERYTHING BLACK AND WHITE??

But so far only Wakefield have a better attack so we must be doing something right.
