Loved Wynne's attitude of giving a bit back to the Catalans players. A few times he got involved in a little bit of pushing and shoving and he showed he cant be intimidated out there.

We said the same, seems to be channelling it well though, not something you normally get with an 18 year old. Sounds like he's getting some intensive mentoring from both Shaul and Richard Horne who debuted very young as well, good to hear.

So were you shouting for Sneyd to be dropped a couple of weeks ago? Have you continually told us that Griffin isn't up to it although he's been our biggest strike threat? And are you sticking by Radford being sacked by Easter to be replaced by an Australian coach, that apparently, you are going to magic up?
Wynnes support play was brilliant he was jonny on the spot, i thought he was very unlucky with the disallowed try as it seemed to go past him and hit the catalans player, the crap angles on the vid ref swayed it catalans way or he d of had two trys, seemed safe under the high ball and made some shauleque carrys out of our end, loved how he gave tomkins abit of stick too
Jack brown was brilliant never shirked a hit, loved how he kept talking to ellis asking for bits of advice by the looks, looked very promising, im hoping these two along with litten can be kept around the squad as that was a baptism of fire and they both came through massively

Theres other little things I like such as when with about 10 minutes left they put a kick in goal and Wynne picked it up about a metre from the dead ball line. With an on rushing defence most full backs there would just run it dead and take the drop out but Wynne actually had the confidence to try and get back in field. He beat Tomkins but then got hit by 2 defenders. Just thought it showed how confident the lad is.

Agreed about Wynnes disallowed effort. Also thought it was a legitimate try, but with it going upstairs as a no-try and no help from the replays, we were shafted. Could have been costly. Fine margins.
I also thought it should have been a try for Wynne. I aren't sure what it came off, but it didn't appear to be his hand. It looked like it either hit his hip/thigh, or went straight through to the Catalans player. We can't complain because the video ref could never give it with the angles available, but I think with a few better angles we would have got that decision.
