Ha ha, only on a Hull board could you have the mighty Leeds being referenced on a topic about an errant F.C player going to Castleford. Your selective memory may be happy to ignore the fact that we had our own doylum from Castleford that was hounded by the RFL. Maybe Hardaker deserved his lengthy ban for comments allegedly aimed at an official, but when they tried stitching him up a few months later by going to a lip reading specialist to implicate him,and failing, you knew there was more than a little spite being aimed in his direction. I don’t think Watts is a marked man because he plays for Hull, he’s a marked man because he head butts players in full view of officials and the TV cameras. For what it’s worth, I was gutted when Leeds released Hardaker to one of our biggest rivals, but the people at the top ultimately made the right decision. We finished up as Champions, trousered £150,000, and watched our ex player continue on a downward spiral to oblivion.
