Griffin was far better than just okay tonight.
Hope he can keep that form going forward.
Maybe you're right. Maybe that's where the game is going these days and maybe Griffin's style of play is what the modern day back rower is evolving into. I'd still like a bit of class bringing in in that area to make me confident that we can challenge for something this season though. We look a fair bit away from the time of just a few years ago when we had Sika, Minnichello and Ellis there, which made us a champion team.

The amount of advertising they gave to his Car Business says everything
All in all really please where we at. 2 out of 2. New spine and still got a third of the starting 13 sat in the stands. Smith alluded to us not firing on all cylinders and being clunky. Yes we made mistakes tonight but the team work was there for all to see.

Yeah I'm happy so far, how can you not be with two wins out of two. My feeling is still the same though. I don't see us as any kind of contenders but with Tony Smith as coach, we'll have a dig and anything successful will be a bonus. I'm enjoying so far. Long may it continue.
Tony out brigade coming already. A couple of losses and the meltdown will begin. Running a small bench is one of Tony’s favourite things to do, so I’d get used to his baffling decisions. One of the worst Leeds performances I’ve seen, just how they started last year, and they nearly had you. lol. Willie Peters’ barmy army.

"Willie Peters" sounds like a punchline.
Would you like us to have a whip-round for you, is that what you're here for?
