its about time we had a bit of luck with that try decision its a good win, two points and hopefully more confidence Have to say though our last tackle kicks are really poor and end of sets just dying with the ball are not good enough and we should be looking at turning teams around

It was our usual nervy finish but who wants easy games eh?
Thought it was a committed performance although execution was a bit scratchy. They should all have to do some sort of forfeit for that Clark try, talk about amatuer hour!
Maybe stinker is a little strong but I'm still recovering from watching that ending. He's not shown much for me since coming in to the side, is he carrying a leg injury or really that slow? Should be jumping higher too.

In fairness to him we've never managed to put him in the clear to see how fast he actually is. You do need to be really quick to skin people round the outside and he's definitely not Naulago or Field quick but not many are.

whilst Shaul is surplus i would give him a run at nine instead of on the wing.We have no one doing any running from acting half

We dont have anyone that i know of in the club who is actually fast. The players we have like Swift,McIntosh,Shaul Mitch or Wynne who we think are fast are not, but they do have a bit of pace which is very different to speed. Speed is an area the club need to start addressing when looking at future players

Speed at 1 and 6 would give us a whole new dimension. As you say, needs to be looked at.
Not good for the nerves but I do enjoy a last minute win ,the stadium was rocking near us. Brown, fash wynne mau and Sao very very good, credit to Johnstone too for his effort but boy do we need some pace at dummy half we have to get lovaduo in there feel he has been average at 13+6 last few games. Well done with a short turnaround too

Clark is only 29. Can we go buy him from Warrington for 3 years so Johnstone will actually learn how to be an attacking hooker instead of having to learn from Houghton. He will improve the go forward of this team immeasurably

The old adage is there is no substitute for pace. How many players actually have true pace at the club?
