Congratulations on a comprehensive win. Thought you got the best of the decisions when the game was up for grabs Hall might have been awarded a penalty try and yet not even a penalty was given.
In the end you made such debate irrelevant, well played.

fair play to you, frankie and rover2000 for fronting up (and any i missed), these are the decent rovers fans who give us stick at (most) times but, fair play, when things go against them they always come on and don't hide like other posters will, and you don't have to look very far back in this thread to see some notable examples

Astounding 2nd half from him. When not powering through the line he was up there gathering the kick that he'd sent up from 50 yards back. And his support play...
Is there a competition for places going on? Clever Radford.

Up to fourth and two points off second. Not too bad given some adversity thus far.
There may be some shuffling around come Monday evening but it's notable that we are above Wakefield in the table and behind Castleford only on points difference. Those two teams have been lauded (even by some on here) as having impressive starts yet only a couple of weeks ago some Hull fans were calling for Radford's head.

if you give then you have to take it ,there may be a few more of them to come ,be interesting to see how both teams go on monday after wire getting stuffed and saints playing well today
Haha, that was great. connor is pure quality and kelly obviously sits brooding on the bench until he's allowed on. Let's hope the wizard signs a long term deal

To give a penalty try you have to be certain that a try would have been scored without the foul play. There were a lot of Hull players in the vicinity who could have got there first, and even if Hall had got the ball he still had to ground it with defenders on him. It should have been a penalty for sure, but you just can't give penalty try for that.
One of the things I enjoyed about today's game, other than the score, was a relatively tidy ruck. Players were making an obvious effort to roll away and there was none of this moving off the mark and stepping over players to milk a penalty nonsense.
