He’s in our A team, and looks good, as does Benny the Polish lad, problem is as with Hakim, the step up can be too much, ideally they need a chance when we are playing well, to change for Salford would be a bit like out of the fire and into the frying pan. We must go again, work hard, heads up, claw a result if we can, weve been humiliated no doubt, but we won’t be the last team this will happen to. Keep the faith Hull fans.

Well, quite. We run reserves, pay the SMC £800k p.a I think, plus County Road, and people want marquee players, more and better coaches and to find cash to pay people severance. Undoubtedly better decisions can be made, but some pragmatism, context and realism wouldn't go amiss.

Ok, I will explain to you in simple terms so you can understand. Some of your fans constantly bang on about trophies ( or the lack of in the east side of the city ) Thats fine as I dont know Any Rovers fan stating we are better than we are, Yet you guy's think you are top 4 EVERY season yet have broken more records than Roy Castle in the last two years, Hence my remark to MGarbutt

Roy Castle didn't break records, he presented "Record Breakers" which featured records broken by other people. Also you don't need the apostrophe in "guys" as it's a plural form rather than the possessive tense.

Thanks for the Info, But think you know what I was getting at
I think that Hull FC are short of money. Adam Pearson is not rich per se. Yes he's well off compared to many on this forum; but he's poor when compared to someone like the Allam's for example. Being the owner of the club and chairman is his job. Therefore he takes a salary from the club. Quite a generous salary I would imagine. At other rugby league clubs the person in his position puts money in. My point here is that this sum of money could be used to fund either a marquee signing or two other quality signings. Some posters are bemoaning the loss of Ellis as a leader on the pitch. You may get this season out of him. But in rugby terms he is old and teams [like Warrington] will target him. I'm hearing rumours that Talanoa's off field antics and Westerman; who is not popular in the dressing room; are two of the problems. Has anyone else heard this? Lee Radford has I believe had his day. It's time to say thank you for all you've done but goodbye.
