Carlos would be a big loss, such an important player for us.
The referee really struggled today, thankfully it didn't have a bearing on the result.
Yes. With Shaul, Naulago, Faraimo, Bowden, Minichiello and Lane out, Tuimavave and Hadley lost mid game, Kelly and Logan struggling, it was terrific. We will need some very good injury news to put out a side to beat Catalans but if we can get the same shifts again from Ellis, Tag, Paea and Sika, who knows?

Thankfully your doom and gloom prophecy did not come true, told you to have more faith. You've again listed who we had missing to further big up our victory but you really didn't need too. Shaul, Mini and Faraimo are the only main ones missing. Naulago was dropped, Lane is only ever back up, Bowden has been missing since last season so his absence has been accounted for but it was good to see Green back, who played well. Wakefield were far more affected by injuries than us. Hadley definitely won't play Friday so we'll have to see about the rest. A good win though and a good team effort from 1-17 although special mention from me would go to Griffin, Taylor, Kelly and Wynne. Hopefully this will give us a further confidence boost for Friday against a Cats team that has also been spanked today.
It was a good win I thought against some real adversity. Plenty of injuries already, 2 interchanges down early on. Centres on the wing, back rowers in the centre, a sin binning, one armed Kelly for most of the gam, one legged Logan late on and a ref who needs to go back to the lower leaguez for a while.

I missed out Savelio and Dawson Jones obviously. Hard to keep track when you're also losing your season best player in the first half and carrying a crocked Kelly and Logan with just 2 subs. 14 out now according to Radford, will néed a huge shift again on Friday but who knows. Attitude was spot on today.

Great summary. Kelly got a "stinger" so not sure what that means in terms of return. Ref was awful. Total lottery on the obstruction rule.

No problem with the yellow card for Ellis but once he’d set his stall out then why no yellow fir at least two similar high shots with contact with the head by Wakefield and just a penalty? Same Ruth the obstruction, we were rightly pinged for it but yet Wakefield did it 3 times and nothing called. Another good showing by Wynne and Griffin again doing a lot of work and making metres.
Overall 4ptd from 6 over the 3 games we should be happy with
What did Pauli have to do to walk? Scragged Houghton to the ground then proceeded to bounce his head against it. Full on punch to Fash’s face and a head high tackle on Griffin before halftime and another close to full time. Think the fullback? took off and flew at FC players head resulting in a penalty? The shepherding and forward passes were a joke at times. Lower leagues deffo. Can the match commissioner not take a hand in this?

Sorry Mrs B, but he wasn't as good as awful. He was completely out of his depth and was the epitome of inconsistency.
