If Jamie Shaul had thrown those this board would have been full of criticism. Wakefield did their home work on Connor and he was tackled as soon as he received the ball from kicks so never got going from the back. Have to say in his defence that losing Reynolds from our attack has not helped his attacking play
Thoughts on his try assist His safety under the high ball And his two brilliant Inplay kicks that relieved huge pressure on us?

Thought I was the only one who was screaming at the TV for that. Lino left on the floor from the play before. He wasn't a marker, and didn't retreat 10 so he shouldn't have been able to be involved.

Was just discussing this with Mr B. It may be the bleeding obvious given that he's a double Lance Todd winner but Sneyd's goal kicking record is sensational.

Didnt get alot from the officials tonight, I thought Satae's was a try also. Even most Wakey fans on their forum mentioned how much they got off the ref.
Big raps to swift tonight , thought he was excellent, putting his hand up looking for work and taking tough carries and gaining valuable meters on our exit sets. Brilliant finish for his try too.
excellent win tonight, short turn around early injuries man in the bin ref pinging us, yep all in all very good win, defence really stood up well, attack still bit clunky but that will get better, well done lads
once a black and white always a black and white COYH
For me that was a great win when everything is taken into consideration. I got berated earlier in the week when I outlined the odds stacked against us but if you spoke to some of the players last Tuesday they wondered just how they would back it up as the Warrington game had been a real mental and physical battle. I felt it was in the end a heroic performance against a team and a coach who were desperate to win it. Our attack was again clunky but what a pass from Connor and what an overall spirit we showed as a group of players. Under the circumstances it was a great win for team spirit as we never gave up and it was also a game I doubt we would have won last year..

Thought it was a monumental defensive effort, coming off the back of last weeks effort. Tells you all you need to know about our mindset and tenacity under BH Then we get a rare effort in their half and win the game. Sublime pass from Connor. Think Ben Mc is growing as well. Not afraid of bending his back and putting a tackle in.
