I know it's the Grand Final we all crave, but hey, circumstances, and all that. A triplet of black and white ribboned silverware lifting in the Wembley sun wouldn't have been bad compensation.
Think that's even shafted with the quarters only three weeks away.
If we can draw Leigh/Salford, Hudds/Wakey, Catalans/Whitehaven at home we can give it a good go.

Any of those home or away would be absolutely fine. I know our away form is bad but beggars cant be choosers.
Even if magic turns out to be worst case scenario for injuries, you would like to think by the next round we will have Taylor, Paea, Griffin, Logan and Kelly back at least.
We just need to focus on trying to get a team out and finding a way of getting a result next week now.

The off the ball hit on Shaul was beyond shocking Weak referee and booth video ref It was minimum yellow and why not a red ? Outcome could have been anything from a Coma to broken neck It stank to high heaven

I’ve urged Lee Radfud and anyone who’ll listen to play Jake Connor all game for a long time Those long left to right balls are amazing Cam smith can’t throw half that distance I’ve said I had doubts about Kelly and Connor was my total shoe in at 6 for him He is the future

He needs to grab the game by the scruff of the neck and play the team's game, rather than his game, on a consistent basis if he's going to be a top rate half back.
With Kelly now staying, until 2020 at least we'll be looking at a Kelly/Sneyd 6/7, so Connor has at least two more seasons plying his trade in the centres and allowing the club to decide whether to look at moving him to 6 long term, or developing him into a top class centre. Personally, I'd rather have a centre with extra strings to his bow, like we do with Connor and Tuimavave, than throw all of our eggs into one basket with the halves and be one dimensional.
