I doubt it, but they will be up there in the top 2 if they can field the squad they had tonight I would think. We have a mediocre squad and half a dozen injuries. I don't disagree with your points on our tactical inadequacies but as said before asking, for example, a back up back rower to play starting centre against a Top 2 three quarter line is asking for trouble even if he tries really really hard.

If we had played to somewhere near our ability and ended up losing then you could point to a gulf in quality. The fact is that from minute one we looked like the last place we wanted to be was on that field. Right from Warrington's very first set we looked lazy and lacking in aggression. They could have sent the reserves and it wouldn't have mattered, they would have still battered us. Our attitude was abysmal, and pointing to things like spending power is just making excuses and ignoring what the real issues were/are.

For me it’s not so much that it was a heavy defeat but the manner of the defeat that is of concern. Regardless of the difference in Warringtons squad we were not even on the field tonight and that is inexcusable. We can say how good Warrington were and how much better than us they are but the simple fact is that tonight’s performance was unacceptable from a Hull perspective.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

You said the gap in quality wasn't a factor in tonight's result. My opinion is that the quality of personnel in the club and available tonight isn't good enough to match Warrington's. It's not making excuses or ignoring anything. Those are brutal facts. What the team available brought to the table was not acceptable either, clearly.
Thought you where a BIG club... Just a thought...No your not!!! You over-rate yourselves and always have. You are average. Sometimes have good days, sometimes have bad. Will you go down? no you won,t. Will you win anything, probably not. Do your supporters think you are a better than you are...yes you do. Are you loyal when times are bad....Absolutely not! Any kind of weather???? Not in a month of Sundays. Only one or two teams win anything...this year it,s not you! You are not as good as you think. Ok look. On paper Warrington had the better team. All things being equal they would have been expected to win the game. But the respective quality of the two teams becomes irrelevant when the attitude is as poor as that. Maybe a lesser team would have only beaten us by 40? So what? The real issue is that we weren't interested. I can't imagine that effort would have beaten half of the teams in the championship. Ability doesn't matter if you aren't going to make any attempt to apply yourself.

Exactly how London have won some games , good attitude , intensity, and wanting to win . On paper they wouldn’t win a game all season
