Thought that the water companies only put Flouride in the drinking water occasionally. Think they must have put a depressant in last week. We knew where we were at the beginning of the season regards cash flow and team building. Apart from the ludicrous head challenges and subsequent bans, nothings change so why all the angst and frustration. TS was brought in to radically change the way the team and club are run, he’s only into his second season. We’ve had an influx of 7? players, an unsettled pack and spine, 4 games into the season and posters are talking about “ if the club folded it wouldn’t bother them “ FFS get a grip. IAKOW  :SHOOT:

I didn’t like Barrie macdermott stirring it up on the commentary but the players have all been told how they must tackle in 2024.. the club have to deal with it..

If this is true then that is fair enough but what did Ashworth do wrong under the guidelines?

But the biggest problem is that we see examples of similar, or even worse tackles, and nothing is done or said about them. There was even an example in the same game?

I keep referring back to a challenge by Matty English of Huddersfield on Chan of Wigan a couple of weeks ago. The way English was staggering about there must have been a clash of some sort but the incident was never replayed on sky and the commentators barely mentioned it. It was glossed over for some reason?

ALL WE ASK FOR IS CONSISTENCY AND A FAIR DEAL.

We are not getting that and it is every week. Not just a one off!

AP has probably told TS the situation the club are in and has to work with what he's got for this season so they'll not be a lot of scope for movement there .
I don't know what the club could add to that really until loans are paid .

I agree, this is exactly where we are at the moment. We just need to tread water until the Covid loan is paid back and the stadium lease resolved.

Ironically, an MP cited Gloucester RFC today at PMQs, requesting that all sporting clubs should have an extended payback period for their Covid loans. Sounded like the Sports minster was open to the suggestion. Not sure how far we are in repaying our loan, but it may be too late in our case.

Alan Hunte was due to adjudicate at the Disciplinary on the day that Ashworth was banned ,Would be interesting if he was asked on BBC Radio Humberside , his opinion of the incident??

That's a blow, fingers crossed that Pele will be passed as fit for Saturday. Just don't seem to be able to catch a break at the moment.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
