I have seen some of the greatest players ever in my 30 odd years of following RL. I have seen a hell of a lot of basic players who got by with heart and passion for the club and shirt that they represented.
Far more average Hull players than star quality players, but I can honestly say that I have never slated them as they all were doing something that I used to dream of. They all played for Hull FC who are for mine the greatest club in the world. I will support any player in Black and White irregular hoops. But Thorman is stretching that loyalty.
He clearly is not interested in playing for my club. He was the reason why we were losing at half time. I was encouraged that we appeared to be passionate about playing tonight. 30 mins gone and we were playing with heart and passion. Not likely to win but competing. But just as we were back in it with Kirk's try he allows Leeds to march through AGAIN.
He completely destroyed the desire in the team. Webbs try. The penalty on the 5th tackle when he interfeared with the ball. His attempt at a tackle when the winger almost went the full length. His decision making with ball in hand and his kicking, which is what he was lorded for before he played.
Simple awful.
Some talk about boycotting the games / club etc. If I see his name on the team sheet again I will be forced to stay at home. I have been calm since the Salford defeat. I have accepted that we are below average and will expect defeats. No anger, no frustration, but HIS PERFORMANCE TONIGHT has left me totally furious.
My 3 year old is in bed tonight with his Hull shirt on as he wants to be a Hull player and has pride in wearing the Hull shirt. I can honestly say that I believe a grown man is being payed to wear a Hull shirt and he has no pride in it and he is a fraud and disgrace to the B&W irregular hoops and all that they stand for.

Please would you all join my campaign - I will only now refer to the Geordie boy as "The person who wears the N0. 7 shirt" This to continue until next season of course because even if he never appears (I was going to say plays again but we all know that he cant) he has it until then

Agree entirely with your sentiments. Many of the more moderate posters on here tonight are appalled by Thorman's performance and that says everything. It's easy to tell the difference between a poor player trying his hardest but simply not being good enough and someone who couldn't give a toss. Everyone can see that Thorman is the latter. Hope Raynor decked him in the dressing sheds after the game - it looked like he might do it on the pitch just before half time.
