Not sure about ikahihifo. He's barely played recently and it seems there are some issues with his attitude and he is supposedly on a huge wedge at hudds.

Think he played on Friday against Wigan, if he can recapture his form, he’s some front row.

Just wonder if there is an attitude issue whether it’s to do with the way Huddersfield have handled things as they’ve seemingly wanted rid of him with efforts to move him on.

Another poster said Hudds are paying him a great deal, and it looks like the cash is the problem. Wigan apparently showed an interest, suppose it gets frustrating for all parties involved, compromises needed.

If it allows Griffin to permanently move into the pack then it's a good move, plus it gives us a good back up plan if Kelly doesn't stay beyond his contract, how long does Naulogo stay, does Connor move to the NRL, ideally we would sign Fonua if one of these happens the season after next, so the timing isn't perfect, but it is too good an opportunity to turn down.

Squad game now, as both Hull teams know very rarely are able to put out a full strength side.

Fans moaning about not needing him are thinking too short term, luckily radford and Pearson aren't and see Fonua playing for Hull for the next 5/6 years.

As long as it doesn't effect our ability to bring in a few more forwards I can't see why we wouldn't sign him.
