If we had all 3 Fonua and Faraimo have to start.
Hes not miles away fromfairamo. Hes quicker, defends as well if not better and Carrie's the ball out of backfield as well. His positional sense is better too. All this after a handful of games. If he stays with us he'll be way better than faraimo this time next year. Fairamo never even played a first team game before he came to hull

He’s quicker yeah but don’t agree with the others.
He could be better given a full pre season etc but atm if we had all 3 Fonua and Faraimo would be starting wingers.
RE: MDJ - it’s possible that he doesn’t want to stick around if he’s not going to be playing, and both parties mutually strike a financial deal to go their separate ways.
Conversely it might just be a rumour, and he’s still at the club next year.

When I watch Ratu, I can’t believe he’s never played Rugby League before this year. His positional play and decision making is spot on. Plus he can run a bit!

I agree with your post, however Bureta scored 9 in 15 games in the NRL for the Eels

Yeah but only getting 15 starts in 3 seasons kind of tells a story compared to Fonua's 71 NRL starts at a younger age. You can't compare Ratu because he's only just started in RL. He looks the real deal though. Scored better quality tries than Faraimo already. Love Bureta's drives out of the backfield though. he's hands down better than Ratu in that department at the moment. If it's between the three I'd play Ratu and Fonua but I think Fonua will play centre.

Isn't this a great position to be in, the excitement of new players coming in, the old guard making way for new blood coming in to bolster our ranks next season. 80 mins from another cup final, could possibly finish in the top 2 if we carry our momentum on till the end of the season. I'm sure a few teams would swap our position.
