I don't post very much as the board often descends into squabbles, but there seems to be unity tonight.
I don't think there should be any knee-jerk reactions though. Radford no question has to assume some major culpability, but the problems at the club cannot all be laid at his door.
The lack of recruitment for next year suggests limited financial scope for investment.
I also think AP has adopted a paint-by-numbers approach to management with Ellis being a wholly inappropriate replacement for tony, who (it has become apparent) was a vital cog in the machine.
Radford will no doubt carry the can for the deterioration, but getting rid of him will not cure all the clubs ills.

Hang on here. Radford got the credit for previously binning off the dead wood and got time to assemble his own team.
This is now Radford's team, Radford's tactics so who else do you blame?

I agree with much of that but I can't seem to get my thoughts in order. We were told nights like Huddersfield away wouldn't happen again, and here we are. That team tonight was strong enough to come out all guns blazing knock them off their stride and see out a win. Did Harris even complete a tackle he completed??
Sorry for the post, doesn't really make sense as thoughts all over the place

I disagree. i think we're near full cap next year and radford has made the major recruitment and retention decisions. Big salary increases for connor, taylor and kelly I would think
