A good win . Some good defence at times . Still think our attack with ball in hand needs some massive improvement. Hopefully it will improve, but are struggling to open teams up . I thought we lost the impetus when Connor had to move into the centres . Good 2 points , but still room for improvement in mainly attack .

Decent win, should have been better than it ultimately ended up. At this stage of the season and with the weather as it is, I think most of us would take that with glee. Be tricky at Leeds
Got to be happy with the two point last night. The conditions meant it was going to be a lottery and we were never going to see champagne rugby league.
It was good to see Carlos back to his best. He really is so important to the club, I'd love to see him sign an entension. A great player who goes about his business with no fuss and causes no problems.
Does anyone on here think that the referee was a homer? As a neutral Warrington supporter it appeared to me that we were being pinged for stuff that Hull were allowed to get away with. No doubt we'll get the rub of the green when you come to the HJ but should we expect better from professional referees?

A neutral Warrington supporter?
Thaler was always going to try and even the penalty count up as it was heavily against Warrington after the first half, but we helped out with some daft penalties giving Thaler no choice.

No, he penalised the side who were under the pump and trying to slow down the other team. When we were on top he penalised were and vice versa.
He didn't give one penalty for offside all night and wire took full advantage.
No bias, just penalizing with the flow of the game which all refs do every week

warrington came to spoil, notice many posters on the wire board claiming we slowed the ptb ball down, honestly, you were worse and got away with plenty, you were lucky not to be down to 12 men for consistent interference at the ptb shortly before half time, thaler penalising you at least 3 times and rightly so
apart from that 10 minute spell when you were down to 12 you rarely troubled us and looked average (must have been that cup final you played last week!!)
