So because some forummers don't like the fact others want to discuss our coach and the direct effect he has on the team (good/bad/indifferent) we should have just one thread to discuss that, that's not how open forums work.
A thread that talks about X player leaving will end up with the coach being discussed because of what happened live on air.
A thread that discusses signings ends with talk about the coach.
A thread that discusses why X player has being left out of the team will end up with the coach being talked about as that coach openly bullied/embarrassesd on live radio that player and tries to cover his tracks.
A thread talking about why X player remains in the starting 13 despite being not good enough (consistently so) has the coach being mentioned as they are known to be personal friends.
A thread that talks about use of substitutes/rotation ends up with the coach being talked about
A thread that talks about lack of basic skills/backing up, not being good enough in the final 20m or the changes in attack that show we can be good enough in the final 20 and yet the following week go back to being not good enough are inevitably going to have the coach being discussed as to why these things happen.
Many threads drift, that Radford is so very central to everything isn't thread drift, it's just a fact that he is such a huge integral part of the club and how we perform which is what ultimately matters to all of us
Go on, let me guess. You don't like Radford do you.
Well it happens that I'm not greatly impressed with him and would have preferred someone else. However, there's nothing I or anyone else (other than AP) can do about it. Constant reference to LR and his failings solves nothing, other than setting fans against each other, so perhaps a few less carps about him would be sensible.
