One thing that puzzled me though, watching last night, were was this supposed 'white-hot' atmosphere that we're always told about? For the first 70 minutes it was as noisy as a library full of pensioners! The only time the crowd seemed to wake up was when rovers went 10pts in front to effectively secure the win.

To think people say there's no atmosphere at our place, at least we have an excuse to be sat there feeling despondent. I can only assume they must have been quiet last night after having one too many burgers or kebabs pre-game at the Hull Fair end!!

I always find it surprising that they still sing it with such gusto. I suppose time is a great healer.
