Griffin could also go to second row and put Wynne in the centre, that way Lovodua could spell Houghton. Under the circumstances I think Houghton will do the 80.
Think the coach will move Connor into the halves and Griffin again will play second row. Have a feeling he will go with Shaul again at fullback. If he doesnt then McIntosh is our best option with Mitch on the wing with Carlos and Wynne at centre. If Shaul plays then i expect the bench to be Sao or Satae ,Bowden,Brown, and Mitch to get the nod in front of Scott for his defence and better pace.
From what we've seen so far under Hodgson I think he'll keep Connor at FB and go with McNamara in place of Gale.
After watching last nights Leeds V Catalans game it was interesting to hear both Wilkin & McGuire talk about the officiating and the yellow for Pearce saying if that is now a yellow then there will not be many games where players aren't given cards. I hope the RFL and Ganson are watching and listening before they continue to blight the game with poor decisions. Wilkin is a bit marmite for me but he actually spoke sense last night along with McGuire.

We should have enough on paper but concerned Sneyd will just carve us up. We need to keep him out of it with territory and possession which with our discipline we just won’t.
Surprised Leeds are 0 for 3. Even more surprised Wilkin was talking sense about refereeing.

To be honest have they actually signed Sezer as he looks very anonymous for them and surprised so many had them as one of the leading contenders this season as they still have Agar as coach & they are just as devoid of ideas as we were when he was at the helm here.
Catalans were there for the taking and given a big advantage with Pearce being carded for and yet Leeds still didn't look like they'd score.
As for Sneyd if we aren't ready to push up quickly and close down space for Salfords play makers we will find it hard going. We need to really pick up our line speed and ptb and stop playing such dumb rugby with daft penalties and restarts.

Yep, the same one who apparently held us back offensively for years. He did win two Lance Todd Trophy’s mind, but don’t let any facts get in the way of a good story.
I hope he gets a warm welcome upon his return from the fans.
Hopefully, he doesn’t lead Salford to a Golden Point win.

Lets be honest there is more than just Sneyd to worry about tomorrow. In all honesty if the 17 we put out tomorrow go out and put a performance in then Sneyd shouldn't be an issue but so far we have yet to see much evidence of any performance. We need to start out with real desire/intent from the whistle and massively improve our line speed in both attack & defence and stop giving away cheap penalties & restarts. If we don't then we give Salford a great opportunity to beat us.

And rightly so as he was part of the reason we have been so poor for the last few years.
That said he does deserve a good reception as without he contribution we probably wouldn't have won the b2b challenge cups with the style of play at the time.
