I think he would be a good signing, had a few injury problems, but those seem to be behind him.
If we can sign 1 or 2 non fed/quota forwards then he'd certainly be an option as I think his style and the way he plays would certainly improve us. Just think at present unless we can sign another forward that wouldn't take a quota spot then we need to keep that spot open.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Very, very slim pickings for decent props OOC.
I'd say only Amor and George Burgess (Who would be a risk, but is claiming he us for after his hip operation)
It depends what is more of a priority, are Houghton and Johnstone good enough, particularly with Houghton being a year older?
JJ and Mint both have a year on their contracts so I would surprised if we move for a hooker this year.
Scouting for props is now my hobby but I've yet to find anyone exciting. I hope Odgo is having more success.
I wonder if we could pick up a player on a short contract from the French comp. E.g. Anthony Mullally who could be available after Sunday's Grand Final.
For next year Aaron Woods keeps getting mentioned. Always seemed a bit soft to me. I remember first seeing him for Oz and thinking he looked scary. Then after he backed into a few tackles he seemed less intimidating. I wouldn't say no though.

That's why with such slim pickings in terms of non quota players I'd keep the spot freed up by Faraimo leaving to give us more options as we are in need of at least one prop. To be fair if Amor is available he wouldn't be to bad an option as for Burgess I think he'd need to prove his fitness again before anyone touches him.
For me whilst we could do with improving our options at 9, that is less of a priority than getting at least one more big body for down the middle .

I reckon BH knows we need more at 9. Just think we can’t do anything for another year, as priorities lie elsewhere. Still think flogging DH to death over the last five years hasn’t helped him or us.
People like Toby King and Thages getting bumper deals just shows how little talent there is out there.

....and why it's really great news about at least getting Chris Satae signed up for another couple of years.
