It wouldn't matter if Radders was fired, because the next coach and the coach after that will get the same treatment. It's a thing some sports supporters do.
I personally have loved Radders time as coach, there's been great highs and a few low's, but it hasn't been dull. I think, on the whole, Radders teams have been competitive in our competitions, over his time. We've been playing in bigger games more regularly than we have since the early eighties. I'm sure, with a bit of luck, we'll be playing in them this year too. With no guarantees of a new coach being better and the possibility a new coach could take us backwards, I don't see the point of losing a good thing. We're in a fairly decent place as a club right now.
