Again getting your excuses in for a loss, conveniently.
Well we are joint third. There are no excuses needed for a loss against a team that's also joint third, they are there for a reason, that being they are decent enough
Bombed Out wrote:Again as already discussed at length Wakey have no recognised 1st choice halfs and a depleted backline as long as we don't take them on through the middle and keep turning their forwards around I believe we do have enough to win.
Yes, that's pretty much what I said other than the predicted outcome, but we're all entitled to different opinions on that, right? Bookies made an industry out of it.

What a lovely start to the day. That's going in my sig.
Bombed Out wrote: As we're often reminded he has led us too 2 cup wins and 2 top 4 finishes
It is worth reminding people about. Some on here post more about me than they did about winning at Wembley. Mind-boggling that these achievements are dismissed so readily.
Bombed Out wrote:why should he not coach us to victory over a depleted Wakefield side at home.
He might well do. I've not said it's impossible and said I hope it will be close. My opinion is that if Fifita keeps up his MoS points spree and they get early ball wide we might struggle. Our edge defence wasn't amazing last week.
Bombed Out wrote:I'm disappointed you now under value him and don't believe he has the ability to beat a team in joint 3rd.
I do value Radford highly, unlike many. I also think our side's biggest weakness, as stated many times, is our pack, and I'm a big fan of Wakefield's. Without a platform any set of halves struggle to manage a game.
It's just a bit tricky aligning the position 4 weeks ago of Radford putting the club in imminent club danger and needing removal with expecting him to oversee a straightforward win against a club in joint 3rd.
"Expect the worst, hope for the best, take what comes" as my Nana used to say. We will all be there tomorrow wanting the same thing.
