Oh well let's all give up till next year then peeps it's "all over" totalled humbled in our back yard by wigans 1st 13 while half of ours is sat in the stand and losing our fullback in the 1st half, ner mind I'll be ordering my pass for next year as us lemmings do.

Thanks. It's an opinion based on our away form and lack of senior player availability. I love this club and have been super-impressed by our resilience in a major injury crisis, the Saints Cup game will live long in the memory as a day of incredible pride. The fact remains that we're massively up against it. I'll be there as per usual because the team's spirit and effort demands it. But my opinion is it'll require more from us than the players available can deliver to catch up. Nothing to do with "giving up", it's an opinion on where I think we'll finish.

World of Redboy said the season had long been over, so was just seeking clarification. You can't have been singling me out in that context because Karen has told you that you're in the last chance saloon on that front.
if a player attempts a drop goal, it bounces off the cross bar and regathered by a player of the same team but standing in front of the kicker is that offside? Because the Wigan player who collected it was from my view in an offside position, as were most of the wigan side at the point of the kick.
Generally when a drop goal is taken the man kicking it is usually either furthest back second furthest back so will be interesting when replay is available.

Might as well toss it off now then eh, no point turning up, fans or players, tell Radford to report to the RFL to tell them that we aren't putting out a team for the last 9 games because a couple of so called 'fans' on a rugby forum have said we're done for the year FFS you're a defeatist bunch, why do you even bother?
I can take defeats like that. It was just dumb rugby at times that cost us, not ability or endeavour. If Sneyd plays, we win that game. That’s Wigan at (near) full strength, playing better than they have for a number of weeks. We still could have won the game.
Got some big hitters to come back at the business end of the season, and young kids getting experience that will stand the club in good stead. Even if we don’t win the comp, we might have a say in who does.
