Salford rallied early but twice when they were in for sure we intercepted and scored, so the scoreline flattered us a bit at half time. Thought the young kids played excellently tonight, and Connor ran the show, special mentions to Downs and Logan who I've doubted this season but both played a blinder.
Turgut warmed up with the team so assume he's home, Westy out gives him his chance.

Strange game where we struggled to get out of our 20 at times and other looked like we could score from anywhere. Good to see the younger players get some valuable game time.
connor was class all night and a clear MOTM for me
Agreed, think Westerman might be a bad one. Scored a couple of brilliant tries tonight. Some fantastic experience this year for our emerging players. Miloudi continues to progress, feisty competitor.
Some great attacking plays on show, if anything the makeshift side has made us more unpredictable. It also helps that we have options like Miloudi, Harris, Connor and Carlos who all can play in the halves and can create something. Years ago we used to have two half-backs and when even one got injured our form dropped, now we cope much better.
Faraimo needs to sort his discipline out though, he had a good game but at 43-0 up and with Salford having just knocked on he doesnt need to by flying in, in a closer game a sin-binning could have cost us.
Young players have really stood up this year. Looks good for the future. Miloudi is already a cult hero, Logan had a really strong game and Harris looks very assured for a young half back. Not re-signing him could really come back to bite the Dobbins in years to come. Masi really looks the part now as well.

Throw Lane, Scott, Downs, Fash, Litten in as well, Radford certainly giving young players their opportunities, average age 2nd half was 22 at one point he said. Solid platform and invaluable individual and collective experience.

We have a really good squad thats for certain. Love Miloudi, I think the fans are really warming to him Connor man of the match Faraimo unlucky IMO
Thought Litten offered a lot as well. I was surprised he wasn't in the original squad to be honest Gives us a dimension to our play we dont get from anyone else. LR has managed the transition of the younger players really well.

Agree but he looks more like a halfback than a hooker, great speed at the play the ball, super prospect, Tag outstanding first half, Greeny looks great with more minutes, Downs Logan Maloudi Fash Matongo outstanding from our young guns, bring on the pies.

All commets posted during the game are from approx. half time or two people discussing the radio commentary, one of whom is located in Somerset. Doesn't seem weird to me.
Really pleasing performance. The second half can be excused given that we only used fourteen players and also not forgetting the short turnaround after the Saints game and the fact we were taking on a team who hadn't played for a fortnight.
Connor was excellent, Miloudi continues to impress and will cause Radford some selection headaches when the injury situation improves. Faraimo is a real handful but as has been said needs to work on his discipline. He will be getting a reputation that will go against him like Watts. We don't want him getting binned or sent off in a potential play off game.
