Massive gain. I'll be well happy with recruitment this year if it ends up looking like Pritchard Inu Taylor Washy ????
lineham is a big loss and neither naughton or lancaster will offer the same as we're currently getting from lineham straight away. The club did say in the press release they'd already moved to replace lineham which suggested a new player, and also the same release said they were in discussions with an international outside back which I'd take to be inu so my take is inu plus another but I may be reading it wrong
Edit - this is the comment from the website
Hull FC have already moved to secure a replacement for Lineham for 2016 and are in advanced talks with a number of high profile players, including an international outside back.

It's a bit open to interpretation. It could just mean we've opened negotiations with a potential replacement.

Talking in terms of the squad. I'd much rather a proper decent centre over a winger when we've 2 wingers to cover n currently yeaman in a centre spot. A good centre in terms of the squad is still a gain over losing lineham

agreed, aslo if Lineham was looking for a move then it's best for both that he goes and we get a fee.

We don't have any top quality centres assuming Sa is going so I would rather sign a centre than a winger. Talanoa, Naughton and Lancaster for two wing spots is fine, although we may be light if Shaul was injured and Naughton had to play full back. The other option is to sign a winger and move Talanoa to centre.
First there was wisdom Then there was knowledge Now there is only information
