G.Horne was excellent for the U-21's on Saturday and now looks to be regaining some form after a shaky start to the season. Could well be pressing Washy for the LF berth in a couple of weeks.

Think the giveaway is he says he is to concerned with on the field matters to discuss his future with the club at present. The article also discusses other East Hull lads at the KC and the possibility of them interesting Rovers, ie Craig Hall, Lee Radford, Richard Horne, Grahame Horne, and Danny Washbrook.

Macca/Horne.
Macca has more experience, Horne has better footwork and speed. Both have good hands whilst Macca has a kicking game. Macca is probably better defensively.
Right now I would take Horne before Macca as he has better speed/footwork and mobility which would benefit us a lot in attack.

14. King? 15. hutch 16. manu 17. Godwin
now that team would win SL!
Works for me, could we afford two though and it would also depend on the five foreigners rule.

With Swain salary, Domic salary, mcmenemy salary and making these 2 the only recruits seems to balance books for me. Use G Horne, matty dale etc more, and washy would be back up too with Wheeldon too. Not to mention if Whiting stays or goes but there is another potential saving to go towards a half back.

Don`t know why. He played a lot of the 2001 season in the centres.
