we need one who is in the face of any team mate who isn't putting in the required effort

I can see Asiata and Cartwright getting the gig. A direct line to the Gaffer and an experienced captain will hopefully keep the rest of them on their toes. You'd like to think it won't be necessary next year with the changes being made but if I was the coach and my son was playing I'd want that inside track and for everyone to know it too. The club has been soft as sh!te for too long. Can't be mucking around next year.
