It's the lack of honesty that is appalling, if he'd been open with the fans that budget needs to be cut to pay the COVID loan but then things will be better I'd grin and bear it...but instead we were told this is a full cap squad

Not chance of me getting a pass next week.
Agree, already decided after Leigh at home I aren’t going to another game even though I have a pass. I doubt very I will renew next season either as feel totally duped by Pearson and the lack of respect from him towards the fans in his radio silence just drives me further away.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
Stop attending games. That’s the only way. The fact that we have such a loyal fan base has allowed this all to happen. Pretty much every other team in super league would be down to 5-6 thousand fans by now.
Still though, some on here blame the fans for being mean and booing. They can attend the rest of the games on their own and get selfies taken with the players. Super fans.

Pearson I have lost respect for as he has conned us fans by claiming he’s still spending up to cap when even Stevie Wonder can see that we are no where near that. If we are then whoever in running recruitment needs sacking with immediate effect.
He should have been honest instead of selling a product that is not remotely as advertised.
Pearson has got previous... Ellis claims he was duped by Pearson, showing an architect's plan of training facilities, it was completely BS..

Think the only thing that will make Pearson take any notice or action is if the stands are empty season especially if pass holders stop attending. If he isn’t already aware of the serious ground swell of displeasure in not just the casual fan but the hardcore fan base than he really is not the man to lead this club any longer.

That second half just papers over the cracks, if rovers hadn't tried to be billy big balls or had a kicker they would have got the 50 but credit to a bit of heart and effort ands a great young scrum half but the fact is it was gone at half time and we as fans have been short changed because everyone outside the City is saying the its obvious that our squad is just not good enough its a cheap fix and it shows.

My concern is, with our current predicament, we will hurt the club. No fan wants that.
Stop going games = 1. Less revenue so less investment 2. Lower attendance so less IMG points
Less investment = poorer performance so less IMG Points again.
It’s your choice what you do with your money but to boycott games will just hurt the club.
Realistically we’re safe this year and appear to have a long term goal, any protest needs to make sure we don’t undermine it.
Jack Charles, Lewis Martin, Nick Staveley, Cobie Waignhouse are all part of Pearson’s investment into our youth structure and it will play dividends. That’s excluding Balmforth as TS doesn’t seem to like him. 2 of them we paid a fee for and one of them we beat nearly every other SL club to signing.
Whilst our first team performance is abysmal, we are getting it right in other places

The club barely sells any match tickets and the SMC get half the cut of crowds over about 8k and take the bar revenue so fans avoiding this season's game matters little
It if fans don't buy season passes for next year that would cause financial mayhem.

Agreed. We should all cheer on the lads and buy 7 different kits every season. That’ll teach em.
Protesting is MEANT to hurt the club. If you’re happy with how things are, cool beans.
