I think under the circumstances I find it to be a reasoned statement. There are no independent witnesses or corroborating evidence for either party, so based on the balance of probability only, the punishment seems sufficient.

It;s a fact - her being "a qualified solicitor having read law at Cambridge University graduating with a First Class Degree" doesn't exclude her from being ignorant or incompetent.
Most of the cabinet went to Oxbridge and they're incompetent.

Her educational background doesn't exclude her from being ignorant or incompetent you're right. However, her legal education and almost two decades working with Rugby League laws make her significantly more educated and competent than anyone commenting on this forum on this subject matter. She is neither ignorant nor incompetent.
