That game really had an impact on our season, ruled a few players out with injury and suspension. Under Webster I dont think they are that type of team though.

I hope not Dave, that tackle on Shaul was an hour late, but at least the clubhouse beer was good. If I remember right Luke Brisco was playing for Fev and Gareth Hock.

I agree I think under Webster the rough house tactics won't be applied as they were under Duffy at the time.
Should be a cracking cup tie though and a real test as I think they will go very well this season.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

There are some good teams now in the Championship as we saw at York. Fev are a decent side but we still should be too strong for them Time to use one or two of the fringe players

Just checked - we're both right. Josh Bowden, Carlos Tuimavave and Fetuli Talanoa all went off injured. Bowden got a serious knee injury and was out for the rest of the season, even missing the start of 2019. We went into the game already missing Sneyd, Kelly and Taylor.
We finished the game with nine men and only one fit player on the bench.
Hopefully a much less eventful win in a couple of weeks time.

Yes, brutal match last time round. Think the very late challenge on Shaul set the tone for the rest of the game after the ref completely ignored the incident..
Hopefully this will be a better game. We should have too much for Featherstone and it would be nice to get into the Quarter Finals, especially with one of Saints or Leeds out of the way.

I think you’ll find it was a very early challenge. About two seconds before the ball arrived.

.
Taulapapa should have been sent off, or at least sin binned, but the game continued for another 20 minutes or so without any foul play or real niggle. It all kicked off after Buraimo's long-distance try, as he was touching down there was a heated exchange between Connor and one of the Fev players and that totally changed the atmosphere right from the restart.
