Think he was probably pretty bored last night! 27 meters for him, Warrington definitely kept the ball away from him
Carlos is definitely wasted at 6. Need him.back in the centre. I'd still have conner at fb. That was where he played for hudds when he ripped us a new one. Also, he has really showed his class there since shaul has been out.
For me, I'd go with McNamara at 6. Pre season with sneyd and conner at fb taking the pressure off him and sneyd.
Then, either give bienek/brown more game time. If whoever is in charge, doesn't think they have what it takes, then look for a new forward.
Dont think we need any big changes in.the way of players. Maybe go.with a smaller squad next year(smaller in numbers)
IMO your 6 should always be more attacking with the ball rather than a player maker like a 7 - George Williams spring to mind and I was always gutted we could never get Rangi Chase over the line.
Connor isn’t a 6 and he isn’t really a 7 so full back suits him well, a position where he can choose when and not to come into the attacking line.
The full back position is changing as the game changes, you need to be pretty much a 3rd half back but it gives your play so much more creativity.
They weren’t up to scratch on Thursday but Warrington have this perfect blend with Rachford, Austin & Widdop

So to answer your own question, who would you fancy to replace Albert, if we are going with Jake at fullback, which incidentally blocks the way for not only Shaul, but Wynne in the future as well.

It’s a tricky decision.
You are assuming that we'll keep hold of Connor. I'm not sure we will, possibly not even until his contract expires.

As Manuel used to say 'I know nothing'. Just throwing it in there. His stock has increased in the last few weeks, and he's the sort who will be attracted to the light.

You can’t much more than have him contracted, or enhance it, I’m sure AP is well aware of this, even then it guarantees nothing.
