totally missed the point
was only stating that kcom broadband is useless for any streaming, in the uk or abroad
and thanks for the advice, but ive already had issues with kcom, they finally admitted it was their equipment at fault but still not great for streaming

How is it a different issue? NRL goes to streaming only. Kcom is absolutely babashank, so to many people, it’s rubbish. It’s really not hard to grasp. Unless you’re just being antagonising. But I think you’re better than that........guffaw!!!

You have missed the point.
The point is that NRL moving to a streaming service would be undesirable to many because they wouldn't be able to access the service to a high standard due to the poor streaming options in Hull. It doesn't matter whose fault it is, the point is it's not the desirable option to them.
No, I haven't missed the point. The NRL moving to live streaming is great, KCOM are rubbish, but you're all still paying for it. It's like complaining about a pub, whilst you're in it. You don't like KCOM then don't use them, it's not rocket science.

Bummer it not being shown by Premier anymore. Weekend mornings will not be the same setting the alarm clock for daft o'clock to watch virtually every NRLgame through them.
Scary, I may have to try and get half a life in 2018.

Martyn Sadler tweeted quite a while ago that Sky Sports have the NRL rights for 2018. I think the NRL streaming service is for Australia only. I'd still rather Premier had the rights though as there is no way Sky will be able to broadcast every single match like Premier used to do.

Every time I visit the folks I don't have a problem streaming media (Netflix etc) they don't have the faster lightstream either.

This quote at the bottom of the page where they announced the impending launch of "www.watchnrl.com" would suggest otherwise I think: *Watch NRL content will only be accessible outside of Australia, New Zealand and
the Pacific Territories.
