Firstly, the petition from a year and a half ago when Radford was a load of turd as I'd said in the forums (with respect to his coachig ability at the time) mentioned nothing about bullying so you know nowt. Second, an environment that is designed to make you work your socks off beyond what you think your limits are and yet enable you to work as a team for each other has got nothing to do with being bullied. Neither has a situation you're not used to/don't feel you can cope with (until you do)and are fearful/intimidated by. So aside from thread deraillement what the actual fack are you going on about?

Radford showed nothing in the 2014-15 season or before to show that he had a clue. This last season we beat what has now been shown as a v average Salford side, beat a v average Catalan side, then got beat by Wigan then got battered by Widnes. A lot of peoples patience including mine then snapped, banners went up, petitions went out as it seemed like change was needed before another season went downhill. Nobody knew (inc gypsy Barista and her crystal ball) that things would turn around so dramatically so to constantly drag up people previous thoughts when fans generally were feeling let down deja-vu is absolutely pathetic.

Wow. I was just supporting knockersbumpMKII in his assertion. Why so angry after this most wonderful of seasons masterminded by Radford once he'd secured "his" team? I'm so happy.
Some of the comments from people are superb, in hindsight.
Anyway, the advantage of having a preseason trip abroad is you can pretty much guarantee the weather for the duration of the trip, rather than getting up in the morning wondering if the pitch you were going to train on over here is frozen and having to rearrange/cancel sessions.

You have called him a bully in the past, I always said judge him when he's gelled his own squad, you know nothing about RL, Radders will preseason them in the way he sees fit.

This is a lots problem. Can't see what's in front of them. 2014 /15 it was obvious that gentle and mcraes signings were both dire and expensive and radford had hell of a job on his hands to rebuild not just the 1st team squad but build from the ground up and lay the foundations of what we've got this year. I expected a bit more last year but we were getting beat by small margins and knew by mid season this year's signings so it was easy to see better times Personally I saw things v rovers in the pre season game I'd not seen from a hull team in years. Followed that with an excellent performance v salford who were by no means average. Spent most the year in the top 6. But a multitude of problems caused them to implode from the three quarter point. Also the catalans team was again absolutely not average at the time. They imploded mid season but from the beginning to then they pretty much lived in the top 3. Even had spells top Wigan loss was by a point via our own head explosion So when you watch constantly with the glass pretty much empty it's no woder when a bad result happens, pants are wet and we as a club fans are from outside considered "fickle" So it's perfectly acceptable to drag up people examples of ludicrous OTT rantings

And in that that was correct, his treatment of Shaul was despicable. For you to try to compare a really hard and intimidating regime of pre-season training within a military environ by some of the best trained soldiers that expect absolute commitment in the hope that it bonds you together closer than you can imagine to a clear case of bullying by a coach of one of his younger team members in the way that he did is utterly stupid. That my call for using a military camp to enable that same bonding process instead of a jolly away in warmer climates was derailled by yourself to then bring up that subject which had absolutely zero to do with what was being discussed. Your deliberate and antagonising post is against the AUP on two counts. But clearly you're more interested in being a troll than discussing what might be the best options for the club/players as a pre-season camp, not the first time is it though!
