The rule is quite clear.
It's a penalty if a player's legs go above the horizontal but he isn't driven into the ground or dumped onto his head/neck. It's a straight red if, like Lunt, you bring the legs WAY up and drive the pplayer into the ground.
Lunt should have got red. Silverfish bottled it. Simple.
