I agree it was a beatable Wigan side tonight, one that has been grinding out results so far this season and missing start players like the Tomkins brothers and McLorum, yet many fans still think its like school sports day where you get a lucky star sticker for trying hard.
It was a very beatable Wigan tonight, but we just can't get out of the habit of beating ourselves. We were poor in the first half and fought our way back only to give it away again.Been moaning about the same thing for the last few years, too many penalties,no set plays,no dummy runners etc.Think our lack of pace on the outside is hampering us,Talanoa might be powerful near the line but he aint going to score long range tries,he seems to be used like an extra forward most of the time.Don't think Mr Pearson will wait too long this season before he is making changes if we don't buck up.
