Seems a strange one to me. Good for him to get game time at a good club, but I see him as an important part of the squad and expect him to be needed alot this year.

If Shaul doesn't travel then the most obvious option is to put Carlos at full back and shuffle the back line about, but if Fonua is out then it starts to look a little makeshift.

For me it would be Carlos, Lancaster, Talanoa, Logan, Michaels. However I can see Radford just bringing Yeaman in.

If Shaul is a doubt for the trip to France then letting Naughton go on loan now seems odd. Should Shaul not make it then I can see Radford putting Carlos to FB and bringing Yeaman in at Centre.

Hopefully Fonuas injury from Friday won't be too bad. As another poster said, it does seem odd that we were getting Smith in to cover the backs, and now we could end up with two less than we'd hoped.

I'd be really disappointed if we move Carlos, looks a real threat there and something we have lacked for years.

The other option is Pryce to FB and play Abdul.
