Tom's been as good as George this year.

Tom being as good as George this year only tells you how poor George has been.
Coopers been great this year made good yards, broke the line and has chipped in with a few good tries.
Both Tom and George have played well, George not as good as last year but he's still Souths go to man. They're just a bit inconsistent and are both (same as Sam) capable of a loose carry.

Cooper has been the form prop of the 4 here this season. George Burgess has gone backwards compared to last year and Tom has improved to be almost level with him. Graham has had a pretty average season.
So I would rate them 1. Cooper 2. Graham/G Burgess 4. Tom Burgess.
