So what are your thoughts on Feka out of interest? I put this to you earlier this week and you didn't respond to it.
On the face of it - prop is a position we're well-stocked in, we could have saved the money used on him, he's an under-performer who can't handle more than 20mins a game. We've handed him a 1yr contract, yet he isn't from Hull.
The 'being from Hull' line you keep trotting out is utter, utter bo//ocks.

Who would you have kept instead of Yeaman or who would you have signed instead?
If Yeaman can pass on his defensive skills to Logan, he could be a future international.

Exactly, there are plenty of things Yeaman can pass on to Logan (admittedly, putting a winger away isn't one of them). Yeaman's defence is good as you mentioned, and centre is known as being the hardest position to defend in. Then there's the off-field stuff, 15-years as a consummate professional, big game and international experience - all that Logan can look to emulate and be inspired by.
That, as well as needing backup, is what I think (& hope) the club have in mind when retaining him.
Logan deserves the number 4 shirt for 2016, he's earned it. Very happy we've got him signed up for a few years.

We certainly lose something in defense when Feka is on the field and is probably the reason Radford uses him sparingly rather than Feka cant handle more than 20 minutes a game. I dont think we are well stocked at prop at at all.Our second tier of Green and Bowden have yet to step up.there is no impact from them at all when used from the bench which is disappointing.I like Chris Green because he also has some pace but until he starts to run his weight show some aggression and bust tackles he will not progress. The fact that it seems Ellis will play front row if and when fit plugs the gap because if not in my opinion we are a good prop short. Where we are well stocked is second row and thats where Radford has said Yeaman will probably play. I think he means in the new under 23 side where uncle Yeamo is destined to be team captain
Personally I'd have used the cash from washy, feka and yeaman to bring in a decent hooker and/or another centre. If yeaman has so much to offer the young players give him a role on the coaching staff. As a back rower he's about 8th on the list for a place in the team in my estimation.
Failing that we could have used the cash to bring in a commercial marketing expert

Great signings on both counts , well done to the club !!!
In reguards to yeaman.. 168 try's under his belt for hull FC so I'm sure he can pass on some attacking knowledge aswell as his defensive attributes wouldn't you say ??
Well you may throw your rock and hide your hand Workin' in the dark against your fellow man But as sure as God made black and white What's down in the dark will be brought to the light

Absolutely, get him on the coaching staff straight away. How many tries did schofield score for us? Maybe he could fill that troublesome centre spot for us next year?
great getting logan signed up, I wasn't sure about the kid but he has proved me wrong to doubt him, cant see why some are getting there knickers in a twist about yeaman, good backup for me,
once a black and white always a black and white COYH

I'm not getting mine in a twist, I just think we could have spent our money more wisely on players who would be more beneficial to the squad
