Tell me why Radford was to blame
Surely its the coaches job , to help develop and improve players? Crooks got dropped for poor performances while others kept their place (A bit like this season)
I don't remember hardly any fans getting on his back, it fact it was the opposite in most cases and most wanted him to play more.
It was Radfords decision to send him out on loan and not retain him, instead keeping Yeaman and signing Micheals.
It isn't totally his fault, but he must take some responsibility.

No doubt Gentle rated him very highly. Gave him his opportunity and he did well. Radford comes in and see things differently. It's the way it works. PG was obviously instrumental in him securing a two year deal at the Eels and he hasn't made the grade. It's all about judgement innit?

What an absolute joke and a shambles.
This is a perfect example of why we will never be a top of the table contender.
Can you imagine Leeds, Wigan or Saints "discovering" Lineham and Crooks, and what they would have turned them into? The game would have the best 2 international backs for years.
What do we do, hound them out of the club
Wherever Crooks goes i hope we turn that club in to the next Bradford, we have his registration and we should take action against him and the club, just like Leeds and Harris.
Dont sit on here racking up your posts comforting yourself with the line "we'll score loads against him" we wont, as you are all pinning your hopes on nobodys, as someone stated, we are stuck with Yeman Sa Naughton, big wow.
and pinning your hopes and filling your socks over 32 year olds or 28 year old RU players while seeing this as a nothing really is aiming so very low.
The club has driven 2 talents away from it, for whatever reason, lack of success, clown coaches, lack of money whatever, its sad.

people should calm down a bit, amazes me how some go into meltdown, yes when lineham and crooks where doing well it looked like we had our centre and winger sorted, but things change crooks and lineham have both wanted out for reasons which only they know, it happens, crooks hasn't exactly ripped it up in aussie and lineham wanted out, maybe just maybe in the long run we might have made the right choice who knows,
once a black and white always a black and white COYH

I can see it now playing Castleford nxt season Crooks in the right centre spot for them and Radford telling the player's well let yeaman (yes yeaman still in a FC shirt nxt season) run at Crooks cos Crooks can't tackle and every time yeaman does Ben will not stop him lol
Then on BBC Radio Humberside after the game
Well Lee Castleford Tigers have just beat you, what went wrong.
Lee - Well we though we'd target Crooks cos we know what he was like while at Hull
Humberside - but nothing got thou him this afternoon
Lee - yer last year in Australia must have improved Bens game so it's back to the drawing board for me
