Cups and grand finals would be my guess, Warrington are having a bit of a blip year but they're still classed as a top 4 side with 2 GF's in 3 years and I would have thought his chances of international recognition would be higher playing for Wire.
Can imagine they've offered him a pay rise as well.

Very disappointing but it looks like it's been on the cards for some time. Wingers are not irreplaceable but it's sad when a good young player wants to leave. An official statement from the club would be appropriate.

In a decent side he's a 20+ try a season player and there aren't many of those about. With him and paea going we're losing 2 of our top players so have to replace them effectively just to stand still.

This is the question. As stated on the other thread, one dream team pairing loss is unfortunate, two means questions must be asked.
Very disappointed at this news.

Bang on the money, if you want to win things, Warrington as it stands are still ahead of Hull.
Wasn't it said when McRae was here that he offered Lineham a new contract & Radford told Tom to snap his hands off for the money offered? If so should free up a decent amount of the cap as well as the fee involved.
Warrington are losing Monaghan who scores a try+ per game. Big boots to fill and doesn't equal a net gain for them IMO.
Sad to see him leave, but if he wants to go then we need to do the best deal for us. Like Briscoe, he's not a Hull lad, so not surprising he may find it easier to leave.
