Yes, because the FB jumping it at dummy half now and again is exactly the same as playing fully in the role.

Great to have Sneyd back, we've certainly missed his direction, particularly at the end of sets. Is Rankin injured?

Yeaman and Howarth to drop out for me, Strange about Rankin, must be injured as he would be over Howarth in the 19. Saying that the naming of the 19 man squad is pretty pointless these days as teams can chop and change at will.

They've been using it since Radford started using it. I agree it's not valid as any sort of excuse, it's been this way for quite a few years now.

It only applies when we beat teams who've had a short turnaround.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

No drama about Rankin. We have the first choice half backs and full back in the team so he misses out. IMO he stifles the attack, not enhances it.
