No I understand perfectly, what I was saying is that if people can't afford a lump sum payment for their pass there are ways of spreading the cost. As for Xmas, if they budget right they will have one major present paid for before December so can buy the little things such as shirts out of Decembers money.

Easy enough, assuming you have enough money to feed your family, heat your house and pay your creditors in the first place.

HKC talked about giving current passholders extra discount, they can start putting little bits away now. It's about budgets and sticking to them, and that is something I know about.
