Someone like Ian Millward would do for me. Anyone with a bit of bottle who'll galvanise the squad and put their own stamp on the way we play.

I also believe the ‘anonymity’ above the coach is a problem, they only come out when they’re trying to make excuses for the errors they have made. The whole club needs someone with ‘balls’ (other then Kath ) to get hold of it, shake it up and give it some direction.
