maybe thats why there visas are taking so long then as they need that for it

They have an offer of employment to get the visa. Their offer is conditional upon them receiving a visa. Once they have the visa and it becomes unconditional im pretty sure they can then register them as a player.

No Houghton then, i guess Lee with rotate 9 if Berro needs to. I'd expect Whiting or Washy to play 13 then.
