And the best bit about priory rd is where the road is bad near the police station they are doing maintaince work . Not on the road but on the FOOTPATH!! Hull city council what a joke.
the worst I have ever seen in Hull has to be top of spring bank ,especially after the heavy frost a few weeks back it was battered, but the worst has to be in Manchester near the new stadium where they took off the top layers to rebuild and left it ... FOR 16 MONTHS!!
