Just a few lines from contributors to the St Helens' "RedVee" forum I thought you might enjoy reading :

"Let's get the points from this one and also prove that we didn't just win because of the Red card"
"Hull have lost Sutcliffe, Griffin, Hoy and Scott Taylor, but they do have Clifford back. Definitely weaker this week than last anyway."
"Brad Shitmullet should also be missing but, as the offence was against a Saints player, it's fair game."
"Hull have gone with Shaul at full back, Litten to the wing despite him being their best player on Saturday. Get a few high balls up on Shaul with Knowles and Lees hunting him and he’ll go to pieces."
"We’re playing at 50% max and will still win this easily"
"Seriously, this Hull side is very ordinary with pretty average players.
This performance is embarrassing. Should be brushing these aside."
"Worst in years. Hull are a crap team. And they're bossing us."
"Making poop players like Shaul, Truman & Litten look good."
"Ref going beserk with 6 agains for Hull."
"Clifford showing Dodd how a scrum half should kick"
"How many penalties can Hull give away in their own 20 before they get a yellow card?"
"Hull fans are laughing at our players. Hull fans!!!"
"Personally, I believe if Clifford played on Saturday, Saints would have lost that one too. He's been incredible tonight. Savelio was brilliant. Frightening that Hull had quite a few out tonight too."
"Clifford smart kicking game was a major factor in getting his team go forward. Savelio destroyed us in the first half."
"Can take getting beat but not accepting that.
Made them look good & they aren't."

Hull KR Chairman Neil Hudgell, August 26th, 2014 said..

"In fact, the days of us signing any players from across the river are over. Our fans are loyal, passionate and only interested in one club. Taking players from our nearest rivals doesn't fit in with that brief."

At .east you are 120 miles away from this horrible load of moaners, we have to live next-door to them. Great win.

When your a fan of a club that has won virtually everything in the game available over the last few years, to start losing more often can be a bitter pill to swallow when your expecting to sweep all before you again. Some saints fans need to learn how to lose now and then and credit the opposition!

Their fans actually genuinely think nobody can play well against them and any loss is all down purely to how poor Saints have played.
They've had 4 great years so I can understand they're not used to losing but their arrogance as fans is astounding. Hopefully they lose a few more over the next couple of months and get broughr back down to Earth.

Well they've certainly got use to success. Champions four times in a row. We have to got back to just before WWII for our fourth most recent Championship.

And some of them were complaining about the short turnaround from their last game!

Still stalking Radford. He has a very unhealthy obsession with Radders.

They don't know how privileged they are.

We'd be on cloud cuckoo land if we'd have won half of what they've won in the last four seasons.

They just ran into a fantastic Hull performance last night. They looked poor because we was so good. Nobody was beating us last night.

They should be expecting a drop off at some point in 5 years.

Exactly, we got in their faces from the start and got them rattled, somehow managed to keep it going for the full 80.

The line speed both in attack and defence was fantastic along with the intensity.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
